（復旧しました）入試システムの不具合について　(Restored) System Error Regarding Applications

11月27日午前11時55分頃から発生しておりました、入試システムの不具合について、11月28日午前3時40分に復旧作業が完了し、現在は通常どおりご利用いただける状態です。
なお、今回の不具合については、機器の故障であり、外部からの攻撃、セキュリティ面の問題はありません。
この度は、受験生の皆さまおよび関係者の皆さまにご不便とご心配をおかけしましたこと、深くお詫び申し上げます。

Application system restored
We would like to inform that our application system (Error started at 11:55 am on November 27th JST) has been restored to normal status since 3:40am on November 28th JST. This error has been caused by a technical problem, not security issues.
Regarding the application for our English-based degrees (Period I), the update will be posted here. 
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the error.
